- Advising insurance companies, drafting internal documents, and providing legal assistance in regulatory filings.
- Representing insurance companies in client disputes and drafting insurance contracts for various products.
- Supporting joint-stock companies in corporate governance, preparing internal documents, and organizing general meetings of shareholders.
