Kyiv Institute of Intellectual Property of the National University “Odessa Academy of Law”. Master`s degree in intellectual property, graduated in 2011.

Experience

Kateryna has been providing legal services for more than 14 years. She made her first steps in the law field as an intern in the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine. Kateryna provides her clients with practical consultations on minimizing business risks in Ukraine.

The lawyer accompanies projects in the innovative and creative industries, offering a solution to the legalization of non-standard situations.

Kateryna’s inspiration involves design, advertisement, and communication which she successfully helps to create in the legal framework with a pinch of creativity. The lawyer believes that it is highly essential to form legal awareness in the field of creation and use of works of science and art. In 2020-2024 the international edition The Legal 500 took into account Kateryna’s work and customers’ feedback in two practices – Intellectual property as well as commercial, corporate law, and M&A. The edition recommended her as a key practitioner in the field of Intellectual property with extensive experience in IT, aviation, and pharmaceutics. Lawyer’s projects on registration and liquidation of foreign companies’ representative offices and business structuring have also been mentioned.

The research “Ukrainian law firms 2020-2022. A handbook for foreign clients”, evaluating transport, pharmacy, and healthcare as well as intellectual property practices, recognized Kateryna Ishchenko`s work in these areas.
