On the 19th of June the Shevchenkivsky District Court of Kyiv satisfied 5 out of 5 Mr. Alasania`s claims to Public Broadcasting Company and dismissed 2 claims to the members of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
The Court cancelled the decision of the Supervisory Board of the Company on the dismissal of Zurab Alasania from the position of the CEO of the Company on the grounds of inconsistency with the position due to lack of qualification.
The last, but not least is that the procedural decisions of the Supervisory Board were declared illegal and canceled by the Court.
